Just Be
A One-Day Mindfulness Experience for Women
May 2, 2026, 9 AM to 4 PM
Lifebank Center, Sta.Barbara, Iloilo
Do you ever feel like you’re moving through life on autopilot,
doing what needs to be done, juggling responsibilities,
yet wondering when was the last time you truly felt present in your body?
Do you long for rest, but even when you finally pause, you feel guilty and feel like you should be doing something more?
Do you find yourself worrying about others so much that it shows up in your body as tight shoulders, an uneasy stomach, shallow breathing, and a constant sense of tension?
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Many women learn early how to be strong, capable, and dependable. We care for others and often set our own needs aside out of love, respect, or shame (hiya).
Over time, this way of living can pull us out of our bodies and into constant doing, where we attend to expectations, roles, and responsibilities while exhaustion slowly becomes “normal.”
Are You Here Because…
You feel stretched, tired, or like you’re living from the neck up
You’re good at caring for others but feel disconnected from yourself
You want to slow down without needing to justify it
You’re curious about mindfulness but unsure where to begin.
If any of this resonates, this day is for you.
